Our terms & conditions:

Products: All products are made in New Zealand from New Zealand Flax and other natural fibres using traditional Maori weaving techniques. Some of our products may contain sea shells, pumice or driftwood as an accessory (this may be a problem for some overseas deliveries, please check with your quarantine services about any restrictions in this regard).

Privacy: Your privacy is very important to us. We do not give out your details or any information to others. We keep your personal details on file for future orders.

Payments: Payments can be made by direct deposit, cash or company cheque / sorry we do not accept personal cheques. Payments are due immediately but no later than 1 week after invoice date. Only when accounts are settled in full will items be shipped.

For large orders we require a 20% non refundable deposit at time of order confirmation with the final balance payable on completion of the order. Special payment & delivery terms will be given for any piupiu orders.

Shipping: We ship anywhere in New Zealand and the world. We process your order and payment when we receive your order. You will receive an email with the total cost within 48 hours including postage/packaging.

Shipping costs vary; within New Zealand we use NZ Post or Courier Post and for international shipping we use International Post with Cover (insurance). It takes 5 -14 working days to arrive at your place. Please note that you might have to pay taxes or custom charges in your country of residence as you are importing goods.

Please check with your Customs agency in regards to this. We will give you a quote before processing your order so you will know what you will pay.


Out of Stock/ Custom Orders: If the product is not in stock, or you ordered a custom made product we will advise you how long the wait will be and keep you posted about the status of your order.

Currency: Our prices are in New Zealand dollars. GST 15% applies to all sales within NZ

Return Policy & Guarantee: You buy products made of natural fibres and colours, hence sometimes the actual products vary from the ones shown in pictures on our website (they are all unique – none is the same as any other). As a result we will not accept any returns on the grounds of wrong expectations. However – if your product is faulty we will gladly replace it at no extra charge.
