This Shoulder Cape/Wall hanging is made with Piupiu whenu (strips) and in the technique of a Piupiu but with a coloring twist representing the many colors a dusky sky can have where I live. It can be worn or just displayed. It is a stunning statement piece that deserves a special place due to its presence and size.
