Shipping

We ship anywhere in New Zealand and the world. We process your order and payment upon receipt. If it is a custom order, you will receive an email with the total cost, including postage/packaging, within 48 hours. However, Dye can only be shipped within NZ, NOT internationally. 

Shipping costs vary; within New Zealand, we use Aramex, New Zealand Couriers, or NZ Post, and for international shipping, we use International Post with Cover (insurance). It can take 5 -14 working days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that you may be required to pay taxes or customs duties in your country of residence when importing goods.

Please check with your Customs agency regarding this. We will provide a postage quote before processing your order, so you know the cost.

Out of Stock/ Custom Orders

If the product is out of stock or you ordered a custom-made product, we will advise you of the expected wait time and keep you posted on the status of your order.

Currency

Our prices are in New Zealand dollars. GST 15% applies to all sales within NZ, and prices shown include GST.

Return Policy & Guarantee

When you buy products handmade from natural fibres and colours, the actual products may vary from those shown in pictures on our website (they are all unique – none is the same as any other). As a result, we will not accept any returns due to incorrect expectations.

Dye: If a dye powder or liquid package appears less than full, it’s likely due to powder settling during transit or the packaging used by the manufacturer. The actual amount of dye in the packaging is stated on the package itself.

Refunds and exchanges will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer changes their mind or if the item is not ‘what you expected’. However, if your product is faulty, we will gladly replace it at no extra charge (postage may apply).

We will accept returns for products provided that:

  • Goods are returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date (exclusions apply; see above). After this period, you may not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
  • The goods are in their original condition and have not been used or damaged in any way.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before offering a repair, an exchange, or a refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please note: Original courier charges are non-refundable.
