Shipping & Returns

Please note that Dye will only be shipped within New Zealand, all other products (including woven items) can be shipped worldwide but shipping costs vary so please e-mail us if you intend to order from outside of New Zealand.

Orders confirmed and paid for via PayPal pr Poli will normally be dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders paid for by bank transfer will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared in our account. Please allow up to 5 working days (NZ POST) for delivery to allow for any unforeseen delays and an extra 1 to 3 working days for delivery to rural addresses.

Please note that couriers are still experiencing delays as a result of COVID 19 and delays beyond our control are possible. Please be patient, we’re all doing our best in these difficult times.

Although we will endeavour to meet all dispatch & delivery time frames we cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential loss arising from late delivery or incomplete delivery address is given.

If a customer is not present for delivery, the relevant carrier may leave the goods at the delivery address at the owner’s risk unless we have been requested not to. If a customer refuses to accept delivery of their goods they may be charged for additional expenses incurred including (but not limited to) transport charges and storage.

We use New Zealand Post and Fastway couriers for all our shipping. Shipping rates are based on weight and size of the package. You will have a courier upgrade option available to you for faster service on check out – Please select this option manually!

When you buy products handmade of natural fibres and colours, sometimes the actual products vary from the ones shown in pictures on our website (they are all unique – none is the same as any other). As a result we will not accept any returns on the grounds of wrong expectations.

However, if your product is faulty we will gladly replace it at no extra charge (postage may apply).
